Taurus Jewels does not store your card or payment details.

An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment and order confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.
Custom-made or personalized jewellery orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We offer delivery across India.
Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and may vary based on location and product type.
Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (logistics issues, natural events, regulatory delays) are not the responsibility of Taurus Jewels.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns or exchanges are accepted only as per our Returns & Exchange Policy.
Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery is not eligible for return.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within the prescribed timeline.
